Anyone know what's the steps to claim Bank Draf?

I don't have any of the required documentation:

Either two (2) out of three (3) of the following documents:

        i.    The ORIGINAL banker's cheque/bank draft/cashier's order;

      ii.    The ORIGINAL customer's copy of the Remittance Application Form for the banker's cheque/bank draft/cashier's order with the clear banking transaction information printed on the copy;

  iii.    The ORIGINAL confirmation letter from the bank which surrendered the Unclaimed Moneys bearing the details in a prescribed format.

Today my father-in-law received a cold call from a company offering to help him claim his Unclaimed Monies. They have all his details (name and IC) and the biggest unclaimed sum of RM65k.

When I checked online, he actually had 4 unclaimed items. The other 3 totaled RM200.

The company is asking for 16% (10% commission + 6% SST) to help him do the claim.

I wonder how they are getting the info. Are they just checking ICs at random?

Did you find out the procedure for joint accounts?

Yes, I did. For my FIL, his all under new IC. My MIL, the reverse, all under the old IC.
