Ok just some updates:

If ur checking for ur parents/ grand parents/ they need to create a new acc in e-gumis for themselves to withdraw the money to their bank acc.

So basically if ur a good son or daughter u can create for them lar if they r not web savvy.... just need their IC (front n back) and bank acc statement or bank book (first page enuf with their name and acc number )
As usual the Egumis folks nvr educate ppl on this..... so YES! u can check for ur elders or uncles or anyone u want BUT u can't help them to withdraw their money.... they need to register in e-gumis to proceed with the withdrawal application, cant do on behalf even if ur their son/ daughter.

From my experience, Draf is the first status in the unclaimed money application flow when I click to proceed.
After I had submitted the necessary mandatory documents such as MyKad front/back and bank statement, a new status is added - VERIFY DOCUMENT 1, together with an acknowledgement email from eGumis. All this within minutes of starting the claimed process.

A few days later, the VERIFY DOCUMENT 1 is tagged with additional description TELAH DI SEMAK.
After 10 days from the start process, an additional status is added - VERIFY DOCUMENT 2.
Two day later, got an additional status - NEW. Received an email saying that ..

Tuan/Puan
Proses pengesahan dokumen sokongan yang dimuat naik telah berjaya.
Permohonan tuntutan bayaran balik WTD Tuan/Puan sedang diproses.
Proses bayaran akan dilaksanakan dalam tempoh 30 hari bekerja daripada tarikh notifikasi pengesahan ini.

Now waiting for my money.

Look to me, you may not upload all the necessary documents to eGUMIS as your status is still DERAF/DRAFT

Got a couple of applications, the status stuck at "New" from 26/7 until now.

wanna ask... how can I start the process of claiming the money?

I click Pengesahan Dokumen, or Kuiri Dokumen, or any of the colored buttons, it just brings me to the Senarai Permohonan page
