Bank statement: usually, providing a full copy of the bank statements will suffice. The bank generates a statement every three months; just send the latest one.

Either one is OK. My MIL's account is passbook only (no online, no statements) so I just send the Passbook first page with Bank, her name and Account no.

For myself, I just send first page of online pdf statement.

My previous attempt with the first page of passbook was rejected. Better get an online statement.

Guys, I am helping my family members make some claim. Everything matches, IC obviously the same, but the name have issues - either not full name as per IC, or got error in spelling, or got short form. I belive this is because banks 20 to 30 years ago not as strict nowadays. Even have issue with Etiqa, I believe that one due to limited characters they save.

Why does eGumis ask to get a letter from financial institution stating the person is the same? And then need to send it via registered mail to their office in Putrajaya.

The system clearly captures the correct/same IC number. Now need to case Etiqa, BSN, Bank Mualamat, Maybank etc.

Also got case with bank draf, how to get the originals as they need?
