Test car only got the 1.5 tgdi flagship

Masuk interior, dayum so amazed at its built quality, start engine so smooth, really like the almost perfect car for the price

As most /k/ knows, ayam daily drive a peejot, veedub , ford and protong, so tanya je la if nak tau what i feel as compared to what i usually drive

how many cup holder it have.

Didnt count but got meni meni compartments to letak barang and your cups

Nvh very good and silent, the road infront of the showroom macam lepas kena bom, but still the car handled it quite well

Dont have the normal 1.5t

Very quick to accelerate, feels like the pickup speed comparable to passat, but way smoother. The passat one is tuned to be more sporty

How the ride bro? Comfortable or keluar pattern like HRV. Absorbed bump and uneven road good ?

No vibration, tot gonna feel abit of vibration like my fiesta ecoboob, but totally don't feel it

Pickup quite good, macam passat but smoother

Handling, steering feel not as sharp as conti but still got good grip while tackling highway entry corner

Actually i never test drove x70 before. The last time naik as a passenger was also the cbu version, later u go test the level 2 autonomous

Like i said above, way better than my fiesta 3 pot. Even better than the 4 cyl. But new car ler, dunno later over the years macam mana

Very refined and comfy, last time sewa HRV socar the comfort level is really topkek and lalu bump will bottom out, no such issues with this x50

I am quite pendek 168cm only so no issue, but definitely not as spacious as hrv la

Much smoother than the VW, its fast but doesnt have the sporty jerkyness of the VW where you will get pushed back to your seat on hard acceleration . So some might not like it, but for most people who priorities comfort, will surely approve it

That's a nice thing to know. I really cannot tahan with HRV punya ride. Really topkek macam bodo. At least iknow got HRV competitor that has way better ride and more cheaper than the HRV

- topkek quality 360 camera, the binyue/coolray camera way better, not sure who the local vendor supplying the camera but damn its bad

- lane keep warning can get annoying

- steering feel abit too light and over assisted

Hrv feels so cheaply made compared to this. Not even close interms of ride and refinement

Good to hear. Too bad the running cost and maintenance is so high, otherwise I will look into this car as well. At the moment, will probably consider the other typical b segment options out there

Ride and handling more similar to a Peugeot, Mazda or Honda?

Body roll and pitch is well controlled, handles better than the Socar Mazda CX5 ive tested before, cant comment on peugeot 3008 coz nvr drove it before..

but just the steering feel is a bit too over assisted for my liking, my fiesta has the best steering feel apart from the porsche cayman I've tested last time

1. Only had a short burst of speed 120kmh, generally very stable, on par with the contis. 120 cant tell much really. Need to test above 160 to see if got any goyang2 or any noise

2. Yes only for flagship as they don't have other variant test drive unit

Not sure about other models but my 208 puretech is quite fast to accelerate to 170. Partly because of the stage 1 remap that I did also la.

The biggest issue should be the engine vibration. I bought my car in 2017 and now the engine vibration is pretty strong. It is even worse when it is idle in semi-auto mode.

Any way you think you could solve that? Could it be caused by a faulty engine mount, or worn our spark plugs/timing belt etc?

Did you test the auto-park feature?

Didnt manage to test that, showroom got no more parking space available

how do you rate this x50 compared to your other 4 cars or rather how do you rate the cars that you driven in order of best to last order.

For seat when driving, sit inside there comfortable? Compare ur volks, pijot etc. Which one gip u the best comfortable driving experience? Stiff, comfort or anything?
