I can't comment on the business viability but I think it's a great idea to have a football field. Growing up as a kid in the city I had plenty of choices of fields to play football but big fields are getting scarcer these days. Ppl are turning to futsal more and more. Would be nice to see a full sized field or two. Give kids something we used to enjoy in the past

But one thing though, a market survey might be best. The last time my old company participated in a football tournament organised by our customer in a full sized field and most of us pancit within 15 mins. If the majority of adults don't have the stamina to play in a large field might make sense to make it smaller. But it's still way better than playing indoors on a floor. Don't forget to tell us when you decide to open.
