This i believe is condition where purchaser has defaulted, not by developer. If it is standard sch h, I do not think purchaser and bank have any recovery clause in case of delay/ abandon potential from developer.Which project ha... where?
That's is one of the primary push by HBA to go forward with BTS where buyers only require to put 10% deposit till VP.
