Hi fellow Lyn F&F,

Currently my car running on PS4s tire with 245/35/19 size all round.
Being said the front set tire in due for replacement, budget wise around RM500-1000 per donut

I have survey via online considering other different brand and option around available.
The purpose would be definitely sporty drive for daily and weekend.

Shortlisted a few so far below, which one worth to try?

1) Michelin PS4s / PS4 (stick back same or might go for lower range)
2) Yokohoma Advan Fleva
3) Dunlop Sport Maxx 050
4) Nexen NFera SU1
5) Pirelli Dragon Sport
6) Falken Azenis FK510
7) Continental MC6
8) Toyo TR1

Appreciate kind input from you guys, as thus far only experienced with PS4s for this size tire.
I do have fair experience with other brand different type of tire in particular but smaller sizes.
Which is Hankook V12 Evo2, Yokohama BlueEarth, Kumho PS31, Michelin XM2.

Looks like it’s a very wide range you have there. From average to above average brands.

Since you are currently using PS4, you should stick back to UHPs. In the list, there are only a few UHPs, namely Dunlop and FK510. The rest are more comfort based.

Based on your list, I’d go for FK510 as it garnered good reviews with its lower pricing.

Maybe you should look into GY Asym5 as well.

For your size, Michelin has the PS4S but not PS4 based on the MY website. If you consider this then you should consider these below:
- Goodyear F1 Super Sport, probably even better than PS4S
- Goodyear F1A5, slightly below and rivals PS4 so this is a good option if you want PS4 level performance for this size.
- Continental Extreme Contact Sport, also similar to PS4 level or actually almost as good as PS4S. Just excellent tire, and it lasts longer too!

If you have budget for these, then no need to consider the rest in your list! They're further below the performance level, some are even lousy like the SU1! Out of the rest on your list, I'd put the Falken FK510 as the best of the rest.

Yeah, I'm open to try other tire which some may cheaper price and still relatively a good tire. Still new to UHP tire especially on bigger inch rim.

Thanks bro 🙏

I check around mudah listing PS4 does have this size as well.
Haven't thought of Goodyear tire, will check em out.
After reading online review many positive feedback about Falken FK510.

Thanks for the input 👍

You won't be able to get PS4S with your budget most likely. I recently replaced front/rear 245/35/19 (2020) & 265/35/19 (2019) for RM1160 & RM1250 respectively, about a month ago.

Anyway, wasn't sure if its genuine or false advertisement.

It's possible, just call them. Maybe a bit older stock like 2018-2019, but still perfectly fine.
