Just check with nokia europe using the product code.

Nokia Product Code

To find the latest available software updates, you need to enter your phone's product code into the field below. Your product code is found inside your phone, on the white label beneath the battery. The product code will look similar to this:

If you N95 is 0534841 ver 12.0.013 is available and if your N95 is 0536085 12.0.014 avaiable

This is my feedback for V 12.0.014 firmware at first the GPS was fast locking the the satellite but now very slow. And the sometimes the phone restart by itself. I think it still have bugs inside it.

A bit scratch on front housing. Can we change the housing also? Pls advice. I pity him for what was happening to his phone. It's original phone izzit worth to send to Zitron for repair or just shops. if u drop it with scratch on it.. I doubt they will change the screen for u.. that is a misuse instead of manufacturing fault....

anyway.. send back to the ori center to get a screen replace should be a better way instead of going somewhere else...  the ori housing are not that expansive as someone mentioned here before.. Rm100++ IIRC....  but the screen...  sweat.gif sweat.gif good luck to ur friend..

Just a feedback after sending the phone into Nokia Care Centre the LCD Screen cost RM 140 and the labour charge is RM 30 . All the parts in the housing also can be change with RM 5 to RM 40 . So total cost repairing the N95 is RM 270 ( Labour charge + LCD Screen + Back cover housing, front cover, battery cover ). My friend went to Sungai Wang and sell the phone for RM 1400 he just use it for 3 months . The Nokia the warranty already void because u drop your phone it's not the factory default. The techncian said first phone cannot be repaired because VOID the warranty. I talk to my friend give a damn to the warranty just repaired and sell the phone. So the technician fix it within 2 days. He said the mobo already bend a bit and any future problems can't claim with nokia anymore. The N95 motherboard cost almost a new phone set. So he bought a Nokia Navigator works like charm better GPS function and battery lifetime is better.

Nokia Care Centre they used to be in Lowyat but now it's beside Melia you can go to Monorail Station IMBI it's facing the Berjaya Building . The cost repairing in Nokia Centre is actually cheaper than repairing outside. The handphone shop will slash ur throat. He said RM 250 for the LCD Screen. ANy phone either AP or Zitron just send to nokia Centre for satisfaction
