try stand outside which the bright clear sky is just above you.. shud be able to lock within 10mins...
with garmin its really fast... even though cloudy and im in a moving car, its still able to lock my position within 5mins...

Garmin Mobile XT Guide to Installation
GMXT is really awesome... just now tried it in my house (Ground floor of double storey), leave it on for 5 mins and unable to lock my position. later i go out to my car, put the phone onto the holder, start my engine, reverse, and getting ready to go (all happen within a minute) and by the time i look at my phone, its lock edi... the sky is so cloudy this few days and its raining somemore... im really impressed by this...

Yes it is true..i just install GARMIN with the help of forumer here..it is faster than and more detail compare with nokia maps..GARMIN has more details (e.g road name,building)..Im start loving my N95 thumbup.gif

Anyone experience some lagging problem in the message while trying to delete many messages at one go? i have a few hundred msgs stored in memory card. lets say when i want to delete only 30 msgs at one go, it suddenly pause at number 18, then wait quite awhile before completing the process. IS this Lagging problem normal??

well they mentioned it was a special test case .. just wish they would re-adjust the firmware back so that reuse the 240*320 size wallpapers again ... tongue.gif

how come when i launch the app -> Remote GPS -> the software does not gimme the option for "Use Attached/Build-in GPS??? It only "Pair New GPS" and when i click it...it cannot find my gps in the phone!! sad.gif

nokia maps work fine....

did i do something? sad.gif

hhaha..about the Garmin installation, last step is very tricky.. no la, simple nia... hehe.. read properly, renaming a folder is the solution. just delete away .txt and voila! i had that prob too until i check it with file manager and change the name

hey hey...i follow the steps closely ler. can tell me in a bit more detail what went wrong?

i cant find any .txt file inside the garmin folder in my phone.. sad.gif

rename which folder also? i wan to try everything...haha

i have problem with my N95.From the day i bought my N95(1/108) the phone always in trouble such as hang,restart,but after i upgared my firmware to V20.0.015 the phone perform better but still restart went i make a video call or playing games or open an application.What shuold i do??can anyone help me please...
