What's the latest firmware? Btw, I read it somewhere that when answering the calls, the slide has to be open? Can I just answer the call with the slide closed? Thanks.
*
latest firmware = 12.0.014

You can slide up to answer phone call. You can also answer a call with slider close. But of course you have to press the green button when the slider is closed

where is the best nokia original retailer in klang valley

I got mine from Bangsar outlet along Jalan Telawi 3. Though they are selling at fixed RRP price, at least they give excellent treatment.

My set has been restarting out of no reason lately. Even when I leave it idle. Any suggestions? My firmware is 12.0.014. I didn't not install anything. So, can consider it pretty 'clean' smile.gif

EDIT : typo

Since You Did Not Install Anything And It's Pretty 'Clean', Why Not Reflash Your Current Firmware With Nokia Software Updater?  tongue.gif

formatting memory card?
i just backup certain stuff like pictures and ringing tones and music
then i format my memory cardusing the phone

then transfer my backup stuff and my 1st backup
else i'll lose asiamaps and the nokia dictionary database.
*
gosh, it sounds complicated...

you mean, i have to copy everything from the memory card, format it then copy everything back to the memory card?

i assume this (backup and reload) could be done via bluetooth or USB cable?

Just download new Map Loader from Nokia M'sia that use v1.2.1 and installed back new map to our new firmware GPS.Before that, you must uninstalled old maps using the same Map Loader
