Same goes to me, bought since June, the slider still look ok to me. Doesn't sounds bad like I thought it would be.

i realise N95 quite durable....i dropped my N95 about 9 times in two weeks...all in the wee early in the morning when my mind still very blur...and until now...still no internal problem detected ... only scratches on the surface....the drop's about 1-2feet, wooden surface and face-first drop...

 From my experience, if we drop a phone too much then it would decrease the phone reception. |

I always belief the durability in Nokia's product... still remember last time the 3310 can use as weapon to throw dog one...  All the product must have been tortured in lab before producing...
