For SG brand you can try checking renotalk forums.
But generally it should work fine if its sold in SG market.

Do note that fans in SG are usually more expensive than the stuff selling here, people from SG like to buy fans in JB and drive back to SG and e-pay a little bit of customs duty, they say its cheaper
