This person should have basic know how of fabric cutting, material sourcing, designing etc.

Fresh grads etc all welcomed as long as they have the passion or interest in building a new brand.

you can post in design university or college groups in Malaysia, I know a few fashion designers but most of them already have their own personal brands

can try - limkokwing uni group (as they have fashion design course) / dasein / theoneacademy etc
