I really need some help and assistance in this one. I right look as simple issue but since i'm confused and seek for more information on this, I knew that I might get some help from here.

I don't want to accuse anyone or to feed more negative feelings to my brain as well, therefore I would like to ask, if I bought NEW phone from Official store , walk in to this DirectD and bought some cheap handphone ( below 1k) and it's redmi phone.

I found out that when I started to install things like apps, certain apps updated that it has been used since 1 month ago. But I never installed such apps before and I'm not a gamer myself as certain apps are quite foreign to me as well.

Seek for advise and help on this. Opinions is appreciated.

The phone in plastic wrap?
Maybe demo unit?
Or preinstalled by manufacture?

Didn't this app is accordingly to your google account?

Those are bloatware app/game which is preinstalled into the phone, you can just uninstall it.

Here's my advice... Factory reset, and see what happens, because some phones have this pre-installed crap. Is it Malaysian warranty or overseas?

Malaysia warranty for 1 year . Pre installed eh, I see. Okay I will try to reset it first

Yeah this is all in my mind right now. When I bought it, the box still in sealing condition and they open it in front of me. That's why I said I don't want to stay longer in negative thoughts but what made me confuse that certain apps were installed earlier than day 1 when it was in my hands.

How to know it was pre-installed by manufacture?

The game list feel like pre installed bloatware by manufacturer....
As previous reply by jescon, factory reset and see the app still inside or not,..

this is pre install apps.
if you buy redmi phone, normally they come with this..

recently i buy 3 redmi 9 and all pre install with useless apps.
you can easily uninstall it.
you also need to disable suggestion inside wallpaper setting as well
you also be careful when you installing apps you want , where it will pop out advertisement after your apps installation done.
do not click it as well.

All Xiaomi phones have preinstalled apps and games, except for Xiaomi's Android One devices.
