I just bought a cordless vacuum(airbot hypersonic), I face an issue, the motorized roller will stop working after some time(after 10mins+), the tangled indicator will light up, but when i open the roller nothing inside tangled, the roller is hot though, can the roller overheat? ?Is this normal? Anyone experience similar issue?

Possible of a design fault where the roller movement gap is tight or the gear parts are not properly align and cause the overheating.

On and hold it up and try hearing for any abnormal sound of the roller.

If is still with warranty, sort it out there with your concern.
