I have check my 15 meter Cat7 LAN Cable with my PC, no problem to get 100Mbps up, 50Mbps down.

I also has set my IP as your method.

Solved I guess; when I use DHCP instead of Static IP, the results is far better.

I just bought the C716 via shopee and man, I'm having a nightmare. First one came with those grey dots towards the bottom half (ignore quality -resized picture) and seller was nice to ship another one.

2nd one, seems like used model. Bottom of tv can see markings that the leg have been screwed on, all the legs and remote controller packets were open and worst of all, the screen cracked.

Was so excited initially but now have to go and pack both TVs back to the seller for refund, potong stim. As much as I want to try TCL C716, I think I'll go back to Sony or Samsung. Hope you guys have better luck than me. I don't have much faith in TCL quality or maybe I damn unlucky la.

Upgraded to V650. Wifi connection much better. Good picture quality Dolby Bright is brighter and dark slightly darker. Even I normally set my picture mode to movie, the color is more cinematic now before was slightly yellowish

This looks like a similar problem I'm facing now...the 4 dot is erily familiar. The line though probably it's there..but not that sure..the 4 dot is very clear

Is the technician call Zul? How many days it take to resolve the issue?

Has been update with rearrange setting, but options still exsist.

How you updated firmware, when you don't know where to check?
I suggest you to look properly in setting or maybe found some reviews on YouTube or web pages.
For sure setting is OK.

Instead of "Picture preset", is "Picture mode".....

what you watching when "Picture preset/mode " is not visible ?

Try downgrade back to official release V645. I'm using this version. It still has Presets setting.

New IMG (Recovery) file V650......(must unzip till "Update.img")

I expected,you do something is setting.

Try Picture reset at the bottom, or any setting reset.
Also...reset "Apply all picture mode"...current source.

Edit:

In System setting, be sure that Game or Sport Mode is disabled.
Either mode.if enabled, there is no "Picture Mode" or "Picture Preset" in Picture setting.
