First one came with those grey dots towards the bottom half (ignore quality -resized picture) and seller was nice to ship another one. 2nd one, seems like used model. Bottom of tv can see markings that the leg have been screwed on, all the legs and remote controller packets were open and worst of all, the screen cracked. Was so excited initially but now have to go and pack both TVs back to the seller for refund, potong stim. As much as I want to try TCL C716, I think I'll go back to Sony or Samsung. Hope you guys have better luck than me. I don't have much faith in TCL quality or maybe I damn unlucky la.    u bough from official store at shopee? |
