RTINGS test models only available for N.America.
Good thing is only OS (Google TV) , as TCL shipping also for rest of world,since january 2022.
The rest including specification is same as posted in post #411 (with CPU 64-bit A55×4 1.3GHz).

QLED TVs are essentially LED TVs but with a quantum-dot filter between the LED backlight and LCD layer, which helps produce better colours. As a result, QLED TVs have better colours and brightness than LED , but stop short of the contrast levels and deep blacks that OLED TVs offer.

If you read posts above, only in V677 has Atmos in Netfkix (no soundbar).

....or as also posted.....first V677 IMG , then upgrade with V701 OTA file.

OK guys,
C716 with V701 firmware.....just info...

Reflash my V701 (previous V682 IMG and V701 OTA => no Atmos),
with V677 IMG and update with V701 OTA...=> Atmos work in Netflix ! (no soundbar).

Maybe latest has been V606 ?
Nothing is on TCL server (Asia) for months......( I have access to auto update links...worldwide).
Only Latin America TCL server has Auto update link for V660, but TV must be from there (Project ID and Client Type).
