Your firmware is V634.
I suggest you to update at least to V645 or latest V650.

I have also internet problem with V63x arround......maybe can see posts earlier.

TCL will skip Android 10 and will probably release firmware with Android 11 in next ~3 months.

You need to download zip file and copy to USB.Place USB in TV USB input.
Then in setting choose "Local update".....many times explain in this thread.
Probably your dark spot will remain,but is worth to try.

Yup, is posted here many times......
Zip file (as downloaded) copy to USB, USB => TV input => Setting/About/Local update => OK.......leave it until reboot.

Links of firmwares on XDA forum, Telegram or even here ,all is same.
V650.....CRC32 => 82A2EBDC
Be sure is USB 2.0 (up to 32GB) FAT32 (NTSF also can).
Some USB brands maybe fail, so need to try another one.

How you updated firmware, when you don't know where to check?
I suggest you to look properly in setting or maybe found some reviews on YouTube or web pages.
For sure setting is OK.
