We have learned it from last season when there were few disputes after the season's has been on.

Any enquiries or suggestion or bug report should be reported before the season start so we can all solve it.

Red, previously i knew during quali no one can join but starting v8 season, some can do that. If chatting is prohibited during quali, entering the game during that session is the same coz msg window will pop up.
And to some slower rig, it can cause a sudden jerk if u were driving.

But do we close the session entirely till the end of the race? or we can open session after quali?

Cyborg - Im like you. I have lots of urge to go fast on public road but after simracing, i have exhausted all adrenalin so i drive slowly on public road.

Have been absent for two races and feels like ages!

On my F1 progress, I am still actually trapped in a 'jakun-cycle' of my new rig and stuff. It totally affected my concentration. Only last nite was my first serious (rite) practice session and yet still unable to make the best out of my rig....and from the f1 car.

I expect my re-learning curve will take sometime to get to the level where some of the old-timers here are already.

75% racelength is very open ended, strategy-wise...so the fastest single lapper is no more an advantage. Strategy is the key and as usual, this can go down to a 1.5 hour ordeal so you dont want to lose it on the first lap...let alone first corner!

Im gonna use this race as test for all the things...graphics, wheels, seats, tyres, strategy...but the fundamental racing is still the same....race as usual.
Eventhough im a bit on a backfoot.

Nevertheless....GAME ON!

Spa is a tough track to race on..especially for 33 laps...

But i think it goes to all the track. It is gonna be just as hard.

I played it safe last nite. I know through practice that if i push too hard bad things will happen.

Thanks to PCcrazy for some tips on setting up the car. My springs were too hard last time but in this bumpy spa, it is important to find compromise between damping the undulations and getting a pointy car. My car was understeery and i thought by having a hard spring setting would press the rubber more to the track. Which is true but to an extent. When the car bounces alot with hard springs, it loses balance and tyre grip i less relevant - thus understeers.

ARB settings are important too but i realised playing with it too much will affect the cornering characteristics too much so i after experimenting with it to no avail, i left it to its default value.

I havent do any serious tyre testing to say much about it. I played only with tyre types and see the difference. Last nite race i only increased the negative camber for the front tyres to assist cornering. With my strategy, i have chosen medium soft to race on.

i found that the medium soft to be far predictable than the soft compound. The meds takes a few laps to get it up to the temps but can still give decent grip. When it finally heats up then the grip lasts for quite a long stint...and pretty consistent too....
Soft of course offers better grip...but i cant handle it yet...hope i would be able to soon.
I left tyre pressures to the default because that seems to work in spa.

I had a 'paused' moment last nite, which is strange....i was closing in Dzariq and i lost a second with that. And after Redline retired, my throttle died and i had to unplug the usb cable and reattach it back...luckily the FFB was still there.
Then the disc brakes starts to wear (coz i left it at default.) and i spun twice...but i think it was more of me overdriving than the cars performance deteriorating...i thought it was the rear tyres overheating or the brakes but after looking at the replay and telemetry, i was a bit overdriving.

I had great long stint battle with Redline last nite...im suprised with the time that i did with that fuel load and medium tyres to get so close to Red on the grid. Red was pulling away at the start until he made a mistake and fall back to third.

He then followed me for 5-6 laps with few close racing after eau rouge and busstop. I must say he did a brilliant job being so close yet keeping his car on the track coz its not easy to that at all. With me braking a tad early here and there, he showed profesionalism reading my move. He made few attempts into Raidillon but top end speed was pretty even between us. But im always careful going trhough eau rouge and u guys should see how he nailed eau rouge to get to the back of my car after few frustrating failed attempts.

I saw he was coming fast after passing eau rouge. I know it is so easy to miss ur braking point into raidillon chicane and go straight but he kept his cool. I managed to keep with his pace after that until he pitted and retires at eau rougue few laps later.

During formation, i did exceed 150kmh at few spots just to keep up with Red and to keep the 5 car length between me and him. In this case its ok no?

Oh i didnt really see wut happened to pitt...im off to see the replay now.

Ok dzariq, we can consider that. But very unlikely because many here overcomes lags and fps by upgrading and finding ways around their own machines.....not around the rules.

Yup...page one but for now just the 1.52 FSone and for bahrain,the track itself and the bump fix.

Server now is running Bahrain....

Pitt...i know its a test race but it is for everybody to apply their understanding of the rules as if it is the real race. Aku mmg bernasib baik mlm tu aku free and tak payah rush mana2...tapi how about those ppl who do have other things to do before and after the race, at the same time be on time and understand the rules?

The prob is TEST RACE rules sama dengan REAL RACE rules....yg kes tunggu org before race tu atas the consent off majority. I know its hard but i dont want in the future someone will ask us 'who come the other day we can do this and that now cannot?' what shall we answer then....the safest way to do it is to do it as per rules.

Race restart yg lepas2 tu mmg terjadi tapi kita nak improve league kita kene la follow the rules. Rules sometimes can be inhumane....but thats it....mcm kene denda 100 juta....tapi race on man...
