he offered to sell n95 underwater set. rm1300 only. so i took the offer since i have deal with him many times already. i traded in my k810i ap fullset still new and topped up rm80. i said that will pay another rm100 when it arrives. according to him, it is from ipoh. he told me wait three days. i called him after that oso no answer. now i have already waited for 12 days already. not only i kena from this fella, many others oso kena same thing. he will give stupid reasons to delay. this is why i think nobody should deal with him anymore.

i hope that this thread stays here as to warn others of this conman. thanks. at least until everyone knows about him. thanks again.

last time saw his post to sell n95 at Rm1300, reason for sale bcos his fren car kena broke and full package inside his fren's car kena curi. i interested ad call him, and he told me sold already.
But no long again, he post 2nd post again to sell n95 at the same price and same reason. his car kena broke and full package kena curi, so i call him and he ask me to bank in 1st. think like very funny, y got too many case like this. thats y i withdraw my deal v him.

sigh... sad case..

Lol... This fella... Last time oso interested in his n95 ler... He selling RM1300 oni.. Oso same reason as mentioned above.. He claimed that his car crashed in an accident, then box and everything got stolen, left the phone and 1gb memory. Then i ask how should we deal, at 1st he said bank in, but i refused because i only accept COD unless dealing with people like viking2k or panasonic88

Then he said he will be back to KL in 2 weeks time. So after 2 weeks, i ask for the availability of this n95, and yes, its still available, but he claimed that he at somewhere out of KL, and again, need another 2 weeks time to back to KL.. Then i replied again, i said its ok, i wait for him. Then he replied and asked me to bank in him RM800 deposit and he will post the item to me. Once i received it only pay another 500... Of course, refused by me. A couple minutes after that, he ask me bank in RM300 as deposit and he will send me the item right away when the RM300 received. Lol.. That time onwards, i quite sure he's going to scam me already, so no more deal with him...

I still dont understand why would some forumers dares to take the risk as TS mentioned. COD the best d...

walao...i think this fuc*** too dare, so b4 buy any phone, pls check the dispute resolution centre....

Just want to add that I bought a phone from him via COD a coupla months ago. Box had a different serial number than the phone itself. Fortunately, it was in new working condition and with no missing accessories. Hope it's not a stolen one though.

I COD with him at Damansara Perdana (general area). Was definitely a bit shady as the original set that I was going to buy from him was suddenly "sold already". This was even when I told him I was gonna get it already and made plans to meet him.

Then a few days later, he called me saying that he had another set, with slightly higher price. I bought it anyway cuz it was a reasonable price at that time.

What details would be helpful for me to provide? I doubt I can add anything since we met at a public place, and his handphone probably isn't valid anymore. Best thing u guys did was to get his picture..
