Can anyone guide re-image this to closest original pic? Im using GIMP and appreciated if any expert can help with the steps?

I'm a professional and gotta tell you that it's possible but you won't recover 100% it's like melted ice cream and u want it back in its solid form, it won't be perfect... and it will be super tedious work I just reverse search the image and it didn't show up much result as well, u cut it or screenshot it from a tik tok video perhaps? haha Selectt liked this post
