as far what i know at my age already more than 40 years old, loan approval is about "pocket health" not " body health". vignesh77 liked this post

QUOTE(Marliana bakar @ Oct 19 2020, 09:55 PM) Hello all sifu, Havent heard of loan rejections based on non serious health reasons. In the event something happened to the other join applicant, the survival applicant can continue the loan.Me and husband are planned to purchase our 2nd home (joint loan). The problem is my husband have diabetic and hypertension. Is it possible our loan not approved due to his illness? Thanks If you are refering to mlta or mrta, the bank i took my loan does not make it compulsory to purchase but I took it on my own initiative to buy a life policy to cover the loan. Even for fire policy, I have the option to purchase on my own but to name them the beneficial interest in the event of a claim. This post has been edited by mini orchard: Oct 20 2020, 04:00 PM |
