Symphony Life Bhd‘s wholly-owned unit Prestige Capital Sdn Bhd is planning to sell six parcels of industrial development land in Ulu Langat, Selangor to Perdana Park City Sdn Bhd for RM250 million, which is more than two-thirds of Symphony Life’s market capitalisation.

The site, measuring 397 acres, is located near the under construction EKVE Highway, which will enjoy great accessibility to other parts of Klang Valley when it is completed. Although the sites were announced as industrial development land, it is not surprise if Perdana Park City Sdn Bhd will eventually turn the site into another “Desa Park City”, given that both sites share the same similarities and the developer is well known in building residential township than industrial park.

With a pool of loyal repeat buyers, ulu is no issue unless is similar to EW Semenyih.

EW was lucky when the market was bull. And now most informed buyer aware what happens when invest in a place that needs 20 years just to get basic infra and no nearby mature town to benefit from.

The word "Ulu" best describes. Expect to pay premium prices for ulu locations. Just like this who did Semenyih.

If real dpc developer yes. 50/50 chances for this macam not so attractive location. The Park need to be can rare dogs. Due to Selangor location, If turned to sb Muslim park then will destroy the whole development.

Any news for this new DPC development? Will it be another dog friendly park? Location quite near bandar mahkota cheras, Sungai long cheras & Balakong. Surrounded by many Chinese population area.
