Health Avocado, Anyone ate it regularly?

My daily morning breakfast smoothie consist of Alternate between banana/avocado with frozen mix berries with 2 scoop of whey with milk
Day 1 banana day 2 avocado
I dont know if it helps but it avocado smoothie becomes thick and makes me fuller longer tho
To me its definitely healthier compared to roti canai and it definitely keeps my hunger down
I dont take any supplement except alternate surbex zinc between days and id imagine all my nutrient come from food
