The thing is :

1. Ranting here wont help. When you at heaven You'll never know what you get from ranting over here.
2. Police report is not useless. The matter concerned here is :
i) Victim informed by police that they are investigating
ii) Victim sitting duck for months just to wait for the update but nothing come. In other matter, CALL them once per week to ask. If investigating with full evidence tooks months or year, police should be banished and rukun tetangga should be revived.

Lastly, my advice. Don't me so balless, you can scold them for not following your case for months. It's normal logic, how come a simple case tooks 4 months and nothing gained? If they deny, there's media everywhere. Send your concern to The Star, Malay Mail, etc.

P/S : The main problem here is victim ONLY think that police will do their job. If they did not, they just wait for months and in the end, blame them for not doing anything.
