This situation like 10+ years ago bandar sunway area, many workshop, wasted car motor spareparts all around, factories, warehouse and recycling shop. When sunway uni faculty expanded to there and more condo and service apartments being built. All the rundown shoplots factories suddenly upgrade and changed.
