I signed my SPA on last Saturday for Block B type A2, just curious nowadays all new project at Selangor also come with some LPHS unit, as I know this is mandatory for new project, e.g The pulse and Suria garden at puchong does come with it too, why KAIA heights can escape from this new ruling? Will they include these LPHS units at phase 2?

Yes. I also wonder about this too. By looking at the block C and D layout, mostly big units and lesser density. I don’t think there will be affordable unit in there?

The layout for Block C & D already release? The only thing I know is the total floor is lower than phase one and also bigger size, I seriously hope don’t have any LPHS unit for this development.

I just guessing from the plan outline drawn in spa and what written on the board for phase 2. 😅

I too seriously hope there is no affordable unit in this project.
Hope there is any agent here can help clarify on this?

Even the one equine also does not have any affordable units in there, this is kinda weird, why this area all new project no need built the affordable units, even projects in Ara Damansara, Subang, Pj also cannot lari from this new policy. 🤔

Wow which Block B Unit A2 level you get? One floor one unit only haha initially I wanted to get that too but too late.

I think we should create a owners group. If not already been created, pm me your number and I’ll create one.

I bought level 21 type A2, the sales is unexpected fast, giving its pricing in taman equine, many people would thought UEM must be very hard to sell, but i guess the type A2 in block A still have some available unit as the right side view from the balcony is slightly block by block B for north facing, cannot see 180 degree view.

Initially wanted middle floor Block B Unit A2 but unfortunately I was a bit late, only left Level 24 and Level 31. So next best choice for me and my gf is the Unit A1 beside Unit A2 haha.

Oh i see, type A1 not much different from type A2, the only differences is the type A2 third room is bigger than the type A1, overall still a good buy and more importantly the price is cheaper the type A2 brows.gif , wonder why your refuse to take the level 24, is it because of the number 24 is bad meaning in cantonese? for level 31 i understand because it is top floor, most people don't like top floor, worry leaking issues, of course the price also expensive.

The apposite KAIA heights one is Semi-D or Bangalow, the size is starting from 4000 onward, the price is 1 million and above, so I think not many ppl can afford it, and you need pay downpayment and stamp duty, make it even more hard to afford.
