I signed spa last month. Still pending for execution from developer. ๐Ÿ˜…

This property seems quiet. Not sure of any owner group exist.

Pending for developer complete the spa then only can send for stamping. Sorta.

I bought A. I wanted the B1 but it sold out too fast. Initially want to wait for tower B. But afraid of price difference too much then settled with A.

Ya. It is so eerily silent after signed spa. Waiting for any confirmation letter and duly completed stamp spa for epf withdrawal.

Last heard from my agent was the stage 2A target to complete by March 2022, so we should expecting progressive billing by then.

Wonder how they cope it when hoc ended by end of this year, and all the spa must stamped within this year to be eligible right.

Yes. I also wonder about this too. By looking at the block C and D layout, mostly big units and lesser density. I donโ€™t think there will be affordable unit in there?

I just guessing from the plan outline drawn in spa and what written on the board for phase 2. ๐Ÿ˜…

I too seriously hope there is no affordable unit in this project.

Yes. Big units for own stay.

I got what you mean for refurbishment old unit. Even for new unit. I am try my best to allocate 100 to 200k for renovation furnishing.

Yes. Block B slightly block the view as how it is aligned. So call Pro is youโ€™re โ€˜protectedโ€™ by block B from east side la. Haha.

Initially I wanted B1 but unfortunately no more and chances of loan reject was slim. So I went for B2.
