I see. I got Block B A1 type. Price about 1% extra from Block A (if count same floor). According to Henry Block B, B1 unit north facing finish d. Left south facing. Now can direct book Block B already. Previously need to get LO for Block A then only can get Block B.

Wow which Block B Unit A2 level you get? One floor one unit only haha initially I wanted to get that too but too late.

Initially wanted middle floor Block B Unit A2 but unfortunately I was a bit late, only left Level 24 and Level 31. So next best choice for me and my gf is the Unit A1 beside Unit A2 haha.

Yeah 24th floor is not a good number in Cantonese haha. If not mistaken also it comes with the private utility space and additional car park which makes it even more expensive. 31st floor is too expensive and too high hahaha.
