Bcoz is low density and more than half of land is facalities and landscaping . This is what buyer looking for, low density,,per level 10 units, per wing 5 units reputable developer, nearby to highway, mall, mrt2 ,retails shoplot, school, banking and the layout is super nice 😆😆😆

Even 5 minutes walking distance, Malaysian oso say far la, compare with Singaporean walk 30 minutes, seen near for them. Any better option to make comparison, any suggestion? Discussion what, acceptable for whatever comment 👍👍

Malaysian looking for house very picky one, next to mrt, say noisy, 500m to mrt say hot, not walk able. Itu la, ini la. Even 5 minutes walking distance, Malaysian pun cakap far .
