im also like you last week, what i did is waited after the date of microsoft verified card (mine is mentioned in the wise log) , then try again with change of the address in wise n console. I manage to buy..thanks to @greyshadow for the tips smile.gif

yup...mine 27 Feb and i retried to purchase on 28 feb...maybe u can retry on 8 march
