i managed to buy one game only last night using my citibank visa card, then my card got blocked again when tried to buy 2nd game

I don't think it matters as long as you remove all existing address that you had on it. Add new Argentinian address along with the card details by going into settings -> account -> payment & billing on your console, important to not add them via the Microsoft website.

Yeah, just do everything on console. If you had addresses added on the website, just go there and delete every card along with the addresses then start fresh on Xbox.

Sometime it's like that. You might have to wait a day or two for it to work again, I always get these 2 errors too.

Don't think you need VPN to redeem, I could also send it directly to your account if I have you added.

Yes if you send send it as gift to someone in friend list. They can instantly see the notification, press redeem from there and it will be in your library right away.

If you choose to gift to email, it will send the code via email. There would also be a Microsoft link there, takes like 2 clicks to redeem it to your account.

ok, weird things happening

Nojo help to buy few games and gifted to me, I've no issue claiming them directly from email without using a VPN
but last night when I tried my alt account, found out the BP card is working again, so gifted few games to my main
strange thing is I can't redeem them directly, says region restricted, and I had to use US VPN to redeem them
weird thing is previously I don't need VPN to redeem them, it's the same accounts, same settings, same card  

Maybe bcos my main was initially created for US and my alt was created for Argentina?

I tried to buy COD:MW on my main account, doesn't work despite having the same account setting, address and BigPay card. 

Had to switch to alt, send directly to friend list and was able to redeem on Xbox without any issue.

dang, did some reading in the LYN BP thread, seems BP indeed no longer issuing MC cards anymore
all will be switched to VISA, even those with exp date next year also got replaced in advance

judging from the comments, this BP VISA is kinda buggy right now, got lots of user complaints...

yeah, there are cases that their card is expiring next year, and BP already send them new VISA card and suspend the old one

main account Wise card is now working with multiple purchases, whereas BP only will work with the first purchase, subsequent purchases will not go thru
alt account BP is working all this while by gifting to main account, but need VPN to redeem
