Can't speak for others. If your budget is RM500, then get the 50mm f1.8
STM version. Don't have to bother with the other cheaper versions...
It also kind of locks you out of other lens choices with the RM500 budget. I don't think you can find a decent 85mm f1.8 with that price even if its used.
The 50mm will give you a tighter FOV which is nice for portraits waist up, maybe not too close headshots... If you want a full body shot, you'll have to stand quite a distance away. If you're shooting outdoors, then should be OK.
If environment portraits are your thing, the 24mm STM is also within budget which will give you a broader FOV suitable for environmental portraits.
I still think that buying a flash system is a better purchase than lenses if you intend to take corporate style posed headshots/portraits....
