Done remove my cyst near butt area, but it come back just in short while.
Think to switch doctor as my doctor seems not so experience on dealing such issue and constantly say it is ok

go to expert, it might be fistula. You need operation for that, google that.

Had similar issue few years ago. Tried antibiotics by clinic but didn't work. Finally was referred to a surgeon in hospital and was diagnosed with fistula. Had surgery under general anesthesia done but the surgeon say cannot stich the wound but have to let it heal from inside out. Otherwise the abscess can happen again. Took a month to recover. Was circumcised as well at the same time. Luckily now fully recovered already. For you, I think you better check with a surgeon.

Had something similar 13 years ago. Everytime i drain the cyst it just reoccur again, same spot after just few days. Went to a specialist in kpj damansara and was told that it is pilonidal sinus. Had to go for surgery. They removed the chunk of the flesh and was told to let it naturally fill up and heal. It was a pain since had to clean and change dressing daily.

i think my case also same as yours.
go visit for normal doctor then specialist in Sunway Medical also same situations.
after some day it reoccur again.

seems that it is not advisable to stitch up and should let to naturally heal.

Before the surgery I simply went to do consultation (upon parent's advice) and he managed to diagnose PS was the cause and surgery's the best way to remove it.

Just like to share some of my experience after so long. Hope that my this experience can help others and I am not regular login into forum.

First time removal in Sunway Hospital. But after removal in 1 weeks time I feel discomfort and come back for consultation. Doctor explanation unable to convinced me.

Later go to visit some GP here and there, but by that time the wound looks ok and the cyst is not inflamed, so all GP just say leave it as it is, but I know the cyst is still there, waiting the timing for it to come back.

Finally, one day probably after 1.5 month after my first removal, the cyst start to inflamed and I had my final removal in Pantai Cheras by Dr Retna Rasa.
Very experience doctor and really know what he needs to do
According to him he say my cyst develop sideway and deep down into the skin which might caused unclean removal during my first removal.

luckily the cyst is not fistula.

Now after 1 month I feel good and hopefully this is the last time I visit the hospital.
