The full list of barred activities for Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor, according to the press briefing by Senior Minister (security cluster) Ismail Sabri Yaakob are as follows:

- Crossing district borders, unless for work purposes.

- Having more than two persons commuting together for grocery shopping.

- All forms of schooling - primary, secondary, tertiary, training institutes, childcare centres, kindergartens and tahfiz schools.

- Parks and recreation centres.

- Visiting houses of worship.

- All sporting, recreational, social and cultural events, including weddings.

- Entertainment outlets.

Inter-district travel will not be allowed during the CMCO period.

Workers are required to show their work pass or consent letter from employers to travel to another district.

Previously Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur are considered as 1 state. Does the same rules still apply now?

Yes. Considered as one state or region in Malaysia.

Is gymnasium considered under sporting?

Gym is considered as mass social gathering hence have to be closed

Gyms have been responsible for several cases last week

Only 1 positive case from a patron of a gym (Fitness First). He did not get the virus from the gym tho.

The other case is a scare from a patron as well (Babel Fitness). She was a close contact to a positive case and did not get it from the gym as well. And her case turned out to be negative.

So to say gym has been responsible for several cases macam inaccurate?

Yes.
And with the recent cases of Covid-19 gym related cases, it's better to avoid gym for now.

But what about interstate travel? They'd still allow that?

If inter-district cannot then I assume that interstate also cannot.

Gyms are all assumptions only because so called source of infection and contact tracing failed
