Reason for sale: Location requires better modem. Changed.

This is a Cat.4 modem. Supports all UniFi Air bands (although UniFi Air only performs at Band 40). Good performance if surrounding is covered (>30Mbps down and 10Mbps up) - no blind spots. Average to poor if not (5 to 10Mbps down and 2 to 6 up).
