cheap food =/= no nourishment

dont knw why ppl think just bcs eat cheap..so it must mean u r not getting any nourishment..

i dont rmbr chap fan loaded with fat and starch.. if u skip the rice and eat only vege and some meat..

another reason could be..

they know the restaurant food quality isnt that good..so they dont wanna waste money on the food.
