after some research long time.. im deciding to get this tx1316au model. even tough lots of ppl encountering lot of problem, i think the hp service will be good enough to satisfy their customer. but im not sure where to purchase it. bcoz i heard we only can claim warranty through the shop. can we direct bring to hp service center? is the 3 years extended warranty is worth it?
