likkylooq,
yur picis too small lar. I wanted to compared the score. I also got 2.4. I wanna compare the other sub-score.

I think that 2GB got nothing to do with the score. Its prob due to the GF6150. These days, some laptop come with GF 8 series. Our TX still come with 6 series. At least 7 series la.

I have not try any game on my TX yet but... i only play risk 2 and starcraft. OK... that is lame game for these age but i luv them.

TX1221au is comes with AMD athlon 64 X2. The cooling for this lappy is quite a heat compare to other. The heat come from the right side of palm rest area only. But i totaly can understand as this lappy is a small size lappy so definitely is abit more heat compare to other bigger model, u will noticed it their hardware is really built in compactly, juz imagine, with the size, it include the remote control, stylus(size like a normal ball pen), DVD drive.. I have tried out watching movie with this lappy with around 13 hours consistently without cooler, not problem for my TX. Feel happy with it.

If u used to it, go for Apple MAC. But i believe u need higher budget for it right? So TX and Mac is totaly two category of lappy, cannot be compared.

the TX comes with Vista, so upgrading to XP will probably void some of the support. I'm not sure if all those button will work with XP, the touch screen etc....

i have tot of going XP cuz i realli dun fancy Vista but after going to the list of "will this work... will that work..." i decide to stay with Vista for now.

Is there anything else that i need to turn off to get rid off all those graphic?

Solution:
rite click my computer,
see lower left, "performance" and click
see upper left, "advanced tools" and click
and click "adjust the appearence and performance of windows"

then , a "Performance Options" window will open. u choose "Custom",and deselect all..then, all the unnecessary graphic is turn off..VIsta canbe a bit faster ..

Question: do u guys buy the HPCare Pack? What's it got there? and does it true that after 2/3 years++, usually the fan will be very irritating noise ?? do i need to extend the warranty to 3 yrs??

dun worry maa..quit streamyx, convert to 3g...i think it's easier for u to turn ur internet connctn to 3G, rather than u have to find all the xp-tablet drivers etc..hehe..

i got the care pack from the reseller. I canmanage my own pc la... but laptop i dun wanna be openning up. so i extend d warranty to 3 yrs. the original warranty is 1yr but if u buy care pack, its extended to 3yrs.

I think its worth getting cuz if anything goes wrong den u dun hv to worry.
