I'm now a proud owner of the tx2032AU notebook. rclxms.gif

Wanna ask about the warranty, if wanna upgrade to 3years, but from where got cheaper price?
Online, shop or hp center direct? How much?

About the battery, my standard package only comes with the 6 cell one, i wanna look for the smaller 4 cell one, are the tx2000 series batteries compatible with the tx1000 series batteries? How much does it cost? Anyone who wanna let go their 4 cell batteries pls pm me, thanks thanks! icon_idea.gif

I don't remember seeing a driver cd. I believe all the drivers are pre-loaded. If u need a copy, try the recovery partition or the HP website.

Pricing from PC Show 2008 in Singapore this weekend:
S$1699 "student price" gets you a TX2028AU, 1 spare battery (8 cell), 3yr warranty, 1st year international.
Dropped to S$1499 on last day (today) because its popularity was overestimated... 50+ units overstock.

I want to kick myself for having bought mine at the more expensive price...

Oh yeah..i notice it already appear at notebookreview website and also HP (US) site on TX2500. Apparently better processor and graphic. Just hope it gonna be cheaper.

One more things that i notice that most shops don't restock the TX2000 serires model anymore. Probably it gonna appear in Malaysia market very soon.

Good question but I also don't one Blu-ray disc to try out hmm.gif

Reading from the technical review, it said that TX2000 does not support neither high res nor blu-ray discs. No comment on this as I don't have one to try out.

No exact figures here but I've read that ZM is approx. 10% faster than the old TL processor in one article. But heck, the new video is a lot better than the old one.
