i did it 2 ways

1) using ACDsee, have to edit it, GIF file will be divided into several image files, then edit each of one, save all as GIF

2) macromedia flash, same as before the GIF will divided into pages, edit each one, save to a GIF project files (there's a lot of format can be converted to)
