with SE phone, to make operator logo dissapear, what i do is to have same background colour as logo. But actually not a good idea as the same logo area shows words like "Emergency Calls Only", "Inactive Sim Card", "Searching", etc. So if you set operator logo to be same colour as background, you also can't read the above messages.

IIANM, you can send the code to your respective Operators and disable to operator logo. Try googling, cheers.
