Use a program called sprofiles to load animated gif as your background... just tried it with your dancer pic and it works on my 3660!! It's under Advanced profiles. But i feel that the animation runs a little slow... hmm...

ya i knew that
but the drawback = charge once a day
appz like smart launcher (skin changer) or sprofiles
consume ALOT of battery power 1
last time pakai...
charge once a day although i didn't talk on phone much
(< 1 hr per day)
now turn off these appz ... can last 3-4 days
