Signing Malaysia SPA and LA in Singapore

Hii, I've a client going to sign SPA and LA for Malaysia property, but he is unable to return to Malaysia due to the infection. He searched for embassy in Singapore but need to wait for around two months time, is there any lawyer firm in Singapore can become the witness for the signing process? URGENT

Notary public in Singapore is mad expensive. Better get the appointment with the embassy first

My appointment date with Embassy = 6 months. I don't think so buyer can wait for 6 months.
