I also preordered from machines during Nov 11th.. fb msg them a few times since 12th Nov.. call their hotline also no one pick up.. only got reply yesterday evening.. and they told me that the phone was shipped.. then I received a confirm pickup email right after the fb reply. Zzz bought on 13, still not yet shipped.

Then i checked with the person who replied my fb and told them that I received the confirm pickup email.. they said just keep that email as reference and instead wait for the store to call me.. imagine if i didnt get that fb reply and proceed to the store to do pickup! & #@!)!=&£#*
This is my first time making preorder from machines and will be the last time!
