Yeah they have 2 years warranty, not sure about the one to one tho. Guess i’ll find out thru their support.
Phone is luckily okay, no scratches dent and all.

Was 91rm 2 or 3 weeks ago, time i bought was 109 i think.

Yeah as long as phone is protected, just didn’t expect slim case is actually quite fragile

I guess you can say it’s hard plastic, can be bend but not as soft as those clear rubber case. Yeah agreed as least my phone didn’t break

Yeah a lesson learned, now looking for rhinoshield/supcase casing.

Haha yeah personally a fan of rhinoshield, used one on iphone 7 way back then. Probably gonna get one mod nx before their black friday sales end!

Serious ? That’s not good lol, i just emailed them about the cracked and they’re sending a replacement to me. Maybe i’ll get the same condition replacement but anyhow not gonna put on slimcase anymore..

I thought it was only me ! But ]mine is more toward yellowish tint even with true tone off
Saw some tech site said apple recognise the issue and will solve thru software updates apparently

Got my rhinoshield platinum grey crashguard nx just now, ordered 26th received today. Saw some forumers said it’s slippery on the side and yeah i felt that too, probably rhinoshield changed their material since way back i used their bumper. They gave a free phone back protector too.
