I'm using Celcom EasyPhone plan (XS) and my contract will be over soon so I can switch soon.

Might go for 12 instead of the Pro because despite the many features included, the price difference is another issue.

Ya, if you don’t need the telephoto camera, the 12 is probably good enough value for money smile.gif

Guys, SIRIM removed iPhone 12 from the recent approval list. I wonder why.

Still no news on SIRIM approval.

Anyway, just watched MKBHD's video on his iPhone 12 and the MagSafe accessories review.

Those planning to get the wallet, be careful because it slips off easily.

Agree, the blue for iphone 12 (not pro) doesn't looks premium at all in my opinion.

But on The Verge review, it looks ok.

grapnite for iphone 12 pro actually looks not bad in video. not sure in real nice or not...
*
The 12 Pro colours are nice because the back is stainless steel and glossy whereas the 12 is aluminium and matte so some colours look cheap.

Might go for white with my case or red if it's not too bad. Looks like blue may no longer be an option.

QUOTE(westlife @ Oct 22 2020, 09:04 PM)
actually the tone of the colour of red for iphone 12 looks nicer. a bit more brighter, i always find the product red for the older iphones too dark already...
*
It looks more orangey than red.

Hi everyone, do you think I can trust this type of pre-order online: https://shopee.com.my/APPLE-IPhone-12-Mini-...0405.6757486769
Seems very convincing cause there's 100% authentic guarantee from Shopee. It has other free gifts unlike buying directly from the official Apple site. Plus you don't have to "fight" for it on the official release date in Malaysia (which we don't know when as of now).

What do you guys think?

Despite being a legit seller, I prefer to buy from authorized resellers or telco

Now I really don't know what colour to choose, blue are disappointing, while red aren't the real red.  hmm.gif

Go with either black or white, at least those colours are standard.

how many of you actually pay for the Apple Care for extra warranty when you purchasing an Apple product? I never bought the Apple Care for my MBP nor iPad.
*
Never for me too.

After deliberate consideration, I'll go for the white iPhone 12, despite the fascinating features on the Pro, I won't be using half of them.

Or, could be everyone waiting for the Pro Max and Mini...

For my plan, I have to be physically there.

I'm OK with buying online if I can get some savings but ya, if I'm buying at RRP, then I'd buy from a physical shop too.
I also like buying from them but physically at their stores if stocks are available. I've bought from them twice online and the experience wasn't good, slow delivery, poor follow-up and zero tracking info laugh.gif
*
Since mine is from Celcom Blue Cube, I have to go there, if not I'll just buy it online.

Actually telco also can buy online right? I plan to buy online from maxis. Not gonna go and queue during this CMCO time - especially not in Klang, hahaha..

Mine is EasyPhone hence I have to be there physically.

No la, "I don't want an iPhone" represents 23% of the total vote but the 12 Pro Max, 12 Pro, 12 and 12 Mini combined makes up about 66%

Besides, I find GSMArena readers more biased towards Samsung and Xiaomi, hahaha...
*
Hmm, ok.

Basically a lot of websites are against Apple because they're blindsided by Samsung who's also selling overpriced phones.
