Korea wise is because their market dominated by homegrown brand LG, Samsung, very little space available for Apple

Meanwhile for Japan, more and more people shifted from traditional clamshell 4G phone into smartphone, despite they have their Sony brand but looks like young people there prefer iPhone more

probably we will get it after Koreans got theirs, around the same timing as Thais
