Those that bought / planning to buy those higher Watt charging bricks i.e. higher than 20W, the one sold officially by Apple, is it sure that if u buy anything higher, you will be able to get the maximum Watt supported by the phone? Because i saw some youtube reviewers where they tested using a Macbook charging brick but the phone ended up with only 10-12W.

You'd need a power brick that supports Power Delivery PD, ideally PD2.0 or PD3.0 not QC3.0 or QC4.0. If you're planning to use the 15W magsafe wireless charging, you'd have to pair it with Apple's latest 20W AC power brick or use with a certified PD3.0 power brick.
